July 3rd looks to be getting even more exciting for comic book fans. Not only is Marvel's The Amazing Spider-Man premiering in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D, but it looks like a brand new trailer for the Distinguished Competition's The Dark Knight Rises is landing as well.

A fourth trailer for Christopher Nolan's bat-finale was just given a rating by the government in Alberta, Canada and all signs point to the caped crusader rising just before Spidey swings. There's no confirmation as of yet, but check back for further details as they become available.

Starring Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Morgan Freeman, The Dark Knight Rises opens in 2D and IMAX theaters everywhere on July 20th.
