Fox Star India (an international branch of Twentieth Century Fox) has released a new, three-minute trailer for director Ridley Scott's highly-anticipated Prometheus, opening in 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D theaters on June 8. While it's very similar to the trailer that hit yesterday, this one contains some additional footage that could be considered to be spoiler heavy and viewer discretion is advised.

Starring Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Logan Marshall-Green, Charlize Theron, the film takes a team of scientists and explorers on a thrilling journey that will test their physical and mental limits and strand them on a distant world, where they will discover the answers to our most profound questions and to life's ultimate mystery.
