The very first look at one of the sets from Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim is now online, thanks to Canada's CBC News (via On Location Vacations), who, in the video below, explore a Toronto street converted to look like Tokyo in the wake of a giant monster attack.

Now in production, the film sees a future Earth defending itself from attacking Kaiju creatures and stars Charlie Hunnam, Idris Elba, Charlie Day, Rinko Kikuchi, Max Martini, Robert Kazinsky, Clifton Collins Jr., Diego Klattenhoff and Ron Perlman.

Set for release on July 12, 2013, Pacific Rim is referred by the news site as both Still Seas and Silent Seas, though both are likely just production titles.
