Just fire Laura Zizkin, Avi Arad, Marc Webb, the casting director and the costume designer and we will be fine.

Yes, that simple!!!!

Very ugly! Looks like a JAPANESE version. An indication that the director is making very bad decisions perhaps.

Agrees with DSA. I wish people wouldn't judge something that hasn't even had a trailer or any type of legitimate footage.

I don't get it...not the Spidey costume...I understand perfectly the direction they're taking this film...the last one sucked big time so they have to distance this film from the last mess that was made (and yes IT WSA HORRIBLE!!! I loved Evil Dead and whatnot and I liked the first two Spider-Man films...but the 3rd one was 20 times much more traumatic than watching a porno staring Joe Pesci and Rosie O’Donnell)....that includes costume, director, actors, and even characters. What I don't get is how can people who obviously had good expetations for Spidey 3 ACUTALLY paid to see that **** film, made up their mind about hating it over the fact that Sam Raimi (who they probably stroke their co*ks to every night before it was premiered) made a completely dreadful superhero sequel...hear news about another one that is completely different from the mess they ended up being WILLINGLY disappointed from...see a couple of shots and casting calls and say..."well that sucks!!!"...you know something...I think everyone in America should take your philosophy....since there are SOOO many OTHER losers with low self steam who stared sucking the fun out of everything from actual previously released much more ORIGINAL POSTS...just like this film’s predecessor... I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYONE ELSE DOING ANYTHING BETTER…SO I AUTOMATICALLY FIND YOURS UTTERLY UNINTERSTING AND SO DOES THE WORLD...and you can defend your comments as much as you would like...it doesn't change the fact that ANYONE that negative about something that has not even been finished yet SUCKS MORE THAN SPIDER-MAN 3 or any disappointing sneak peak you see through the web :) hahahahahaha it also does not change the fact that most of that person needs to get laid desperately ;) A sign of that would be any contradiction listed below….

Why does the costume look like something that was cooked up for a cosplay parade? I'm not liking the look one bit. It looks like he's got a pair of sneakers on that he spray painted to match the rest of his costume which makes it look cheap. I'll have to see a preview trailer to see where this is going. I personally thought the first two Spiderman films were really good and then they went and ruined everything with Spiderman 3. What they should have done was have Peter Parker get the black suit in 3 and use it for most of the movie and build up to him getting rid of it so that Venom could be the main villain for a fourth film. The Sandman got shafted as a character in the third movie as well as Venom. We'll have to see how this one turns out.

The costume does leave a lot to be desired.
Marvel has made changes to thor, captain america that are fairly rational and for the most part, close to the current designs.
Spidermans costume really cant stray this far and not expect some backlash.
It is also still way to soon for the franchise to be rebooted. It's still to fresh and I think that this may effect how it's received by fans and casual movie goers alike.
I dont see this movie doing very well at all. It has been underwhelming thus far.
