Peter Segal (Get Smart) is in talks to direct 20th Century Fox's Neighborhood Watch. The film was written by Jared Stern and is being produced by Shawn Levy.

Variety says Segal had been developing a Get Smart sequel, but Warner Bros. pushed the project back, making him available for this supernatural comedy.

The film focuses on a newcomer to a community who joins the neighborhood watch and discovers supernatural elements are afoot.
