ComingSoon.net talked exclusively with Anna Kendrick ("The Twilight Saga") about Up in the Air aboard a special private American Airlines flight from New York to Los Angeles! During the flight, we were also treated to an in-flight screening of the Jason Reitman-directed film and a live performance by Sad Brad Smith, whose song "Help Yourself" is featured in the movie. Opening in limited theaters on Dec. 4 before expanding on Dec. 11 and going wide on Dec. 25, Up in the Air stars George Clooney as Ryan Bingham, a corporate hatchet man who loves his life on the road but is forced to fight for his job when his company downsizes its travel budget. He is required to spend more time at home just as he is on the cusp of a goal he's worked toward for years: reaching ten million frequent flyer miles and just after he's met the frequent-traveler woman (Vera Farmiga) of his dreams.
