I can't believe that the budget for this film is $500 million!

That is easily, hands down, no questions asked the most corny, cheesy TV spot/trailer I have ever seen. Are you kidding me with this? Am I on hidden camera? Is this a joke? Wheres Ashton, am I being Punk'd?

They do this with every blockbuster. They need to appeal to the kiddies. Star Trek's commercials that aired on Cartoon Network and Nickelodon were exactly like this.

Yeah I couldn't be more pumped for this movie, but I caught this spot on cartoon network during this last friday's clone wars... it actually took me right out of the movie, so cheesy, makes it look like a zemekis movie with that adventure music and all that " come experience a world!" " and open your imagination". I love how this isn't even rated yet, but I am sure we won't see an R rating on it now...

words cannot measure how awesome is the movie going to be, and it was 300, not 500 million.

No the budget is now approaching the $500 million mark. You'll find out soon enough.

I'll see it...but it still doesn't look as "real" as I had hoped it would for CGI.
I was expecting to be blown away but I'm no more impressed than when I first saw the LOTR previews.
