hm, maybe we clicked on it in the insane hope that it would actually be a worthwhile movie to see. being a fan since the beginning of the series on ps1 i am very disappointed that they have yet to make a descent movie based on the games. BASED, not loosely based.

all in all my biggest gripe with these movies is that theyve made alice into a good wesker pretty much. whatever happened to having the shorter straw and having to barely survive situations that would kill most people. oh yeah, alice/wesker happened and its not hard or scary at all.

ps. paul, please just redo mortal kombat or event horizon, its all your good at.

So far I've learned Anderson's PG13 movies have been crap and all of his R rated movies have been trashy but fun, he's definitely a more competent filmmaker than people give him credit for. As long as this movie pay's off the ending of the last one and we get to see an army of Alice's fight off hordes of zombies than I'm in.

kudos to the above post.

im totally with you on that, its like the walking dead tv show they're making from the comic. its good enough to sell comics, why is the story in the games not good enough to make atleast ONE movie?

ok ok, they put jill in it.
i dont even care anymore, that was the best movie anyways lol.

just remake the first movie, its really not that hard. just fix the crappy dialogue. which was pretty impressive in 1996 if you can remember.

What happened to Japan? the last one set up the next sequel for Japan. The endings never blend into the next ones. I mean, what was up between 2 and 3? They all get into a car at the end of 2, and in 3, it was like that never happened...

Why would anyone think a city as populace as LA would be a safe haven from zombies? The city has millions of people so of course there is the potential for millions of zombies. It doesn't make since.

Bart-O speaks great words of wisdom.
( I try my best to think of the game and movie as two seperate entities...try not calling the movies resident evil and well..it makes you feel better)

Oh, and the "just for fans" group. Why don't you post a petition, and we'll get back to you when we care :)

The CGI version from Sony, Resident Evil-Degeneration in my opinion was better all 3 combined.

Think they should stick to CGI.
