ComingSoon.net has your exclusive first look at a new TV spot for Michael Moore's Capitalism: A Love Story, opening in theaters on October 2nd. You can watch the clip using the player below!

Capitalism: A Love Story examines the disastrous impact of corporate dominance on the everyday lives of Americans (and by default, the rest of the world). But this time the culprit is much bigger than General Motors, and the crime scene far wider than Flint, Michigan. From Middle America, to the halls of power in Washington, to the global financial epicenter in Manhattan, Michael Moore will once again take filmgoers into uncharted territory. With both humor and outrage, Michael Moore's "Capitalism: A Love Story" explores a taboo question: What is the price that America pays for its love of capitalism? Years ago, that love seemed so innocent. Today, however, the American dream is looking more like a nightmare as families pay the price with their jobs, their homes and their savings. Moore takes us into the homes of ordinary people whose lives have been turned upside down; and he goes looking for explanations in Washington, DC and elsewhere. What he finds are the all-too-familiar symptoms of a love affair gone astray: lies, abuse, betrayal... and 14,000 jobs being lost every day. "Capitalism: A Love Story" is both a culmination of Moore's previous works and a look into what a more hopeful future could look like. It is Michael Moore's ultimate quest to answer the question he's posed throughout his illustrious filmmaking career: Who are we and why do we behave the way that we do?

What are the odds of Mr. Moore doing a non-flattering 'documentary' of President Obama someday? I say virtually nonexistent.

Also, I bet Mr. Moore doesn't mind the cash flow his movies (shamefully) direct into his bank accounts. Hypocrite.

I look forward to getting my piece of the proceeds of this movie, since I would assume Mr. Moore is going to split it evenly amongst the population. Or wait, is there even a charge to see it, since that would mean profit? Or, just maybe, this fat boob is a complete hypocrite.

Oh because elected officials are completely innocent and pure. Government greed is much more prevalent than corporate greed and will thus make this socialist direction we are going to fail.

Oh and Obama won because he's not some fat biased pig. He may be a bit naive with a few bad ideas. At least he wants to fix the problems we are in, but he's doing it the wrong way. Michael Moore, however, will never accept a point of view that is not his and spews garbage propoganda that is most often not supported by logic or evidence (i.e. Bowling for Columbine).

Politicians have more greed? They may be licking their fingers but that's merely because of the deal they made with a particular corporation; you know, senator why don't you push legislation to help get this commie out so we can put in a dictator more prone to trade with us.

Obviously, Moore is a great American who does far more on behalf of the American people than any of his critics do. You can defend the richest 1% of the US all you want, but it only paints you as a fool, since they don't care squat about you.

Michael Moore has always been motivated by compassion for his fellow man. Ignorance and/or mean-spiritedness are the only reasons to engage in the vicousness of the backlash against him.

His critics would do well to actually check out his work sometime, as they might learn something. Just remember: If you end up learning something you don't like about a politician you support, don't take it out on the messenger.
