Full New Astro Boy Trailer

Summit Entertainment has provided us with the full new trailer for Astro Boy, coming to theaters on October 23rd. Directed by David Bowers, the big screen adaptation features the voices of Freddie Highmore, Nicolas Cage, Kristen Bell, Nathan Lane, Bill Nighy, Eugene Levy, Matt Lucus and Donald Sutherland.

Set in futuristic Metro City, b>Astro Boy is about a young robot with incredible powers created by a brilliant scientist named Tenma (Cage). Powered by positive "blue" energy, Astro Boy (Highmore) is endowed with super strength, x-ray vision, unbelievable speed and the ability to fly. Embarking on a journey in search of acceptance, Astro Boy encounters many other colorful characters along the way. Through his adventures, he learns the joys and emotions of being human, and gains the strength to embrace his destiny. Ultimately learning his friends and family are in danger, Astro Boy marshals his awesome super powers and returns to Metro City in a valiant effort to save everything he cares about and to understand what it takes to be a hero.

Hex Yes! This is what I wanted to see! I don't care that its CGI...IT LOOKS LIKE THE MANGA COME TO LIFE! This is how movies need to be made! And not to mention Gatchaman AND Tetsujin 28 also coming in theaters in the same dark style?!? Anime Revolution...WOOT! Go Imagi! You guys know what your doing!!!

This is a very dark, dark film. It might look like a kid's film, but so did Coraline.

Now that was as good as anyone Pixar film out this year!

I'm not the biggest AB fan but this looks like fun!

imagi never let down they revived the ninja turtle and now they made a new point of view of the most classic anime astroboy.

i hope soon to see a trailer of gatchaman

Looks pretty good...

But, since this Astro Boy, looks pretty well done, well they now do a MEGA MAN movie... I would TOTALLY go see that for sure, since Mega Man 9 did quite well saling front, and all ready going to make Mega Man 10. I'm NOT a gamer at all, and never even played 9, but just saying Mega Man would be great movie I feel with these speical effects, and they can easily make lots of sequals, since the games as I mention are upto 9 now...

But, still looks pretty good this Astro Boy. But, cheesie thought in the sametime...
