Avatar Comic-Con Banner Revealed!

Comic-Con has revealed this new banner for James Cameron's Avatar that is already up in San Diego. Comic-Con is taking place July 22-26 and the full programming schedule will be revealed starting next week.

Opening December 18 in conventional 3D theaters and IMAX 3D, Avatar stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez, Giovanni Ribisi, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Peter Mensah, Laz Alonso, Wes Studi, Stephen Lang and Matt Gerald.

The film tells the story of an ex-Marine, thrust unwillingly into an effort to settle and exploit an exotic planet rich in bio-diversity, who eventually crosses over to lead the indigenous race in a battle for survival.

Have basically heard nothing about the actual film aside from the fact it is suppose to be EPIC. I guess this movie is suppose to be more Special effects driven then actual story? im not sure tho.... sounds like an interesting film from the little i have heard.
Hopefully its good and thats what Cameron has been doing al this time...

Cameron is expected to show the first teaser at Comic-Con, it just hasn't been announced yet. Also look for a trailer for Tron 2.0 from Disney. Theatrical trailers should then begin running as well as online soon after. We also should be seeing the teaser posters for both films around that time, possibly early Fall for Tron 2.0.
