Watch Ricky Gervais Invent Lying

The domestic and international trailers for Ricky Gervais and Matt Robinson's The Invention of Lying have come online. Opening September 25th, the Warner Bros. release stars Gervais, Jennifer Garner, Rob Lowe, Jonah Hill, Louis C.K., John Hodgman, Tina Fey, Christopher Guest, Jeffrey Tambor, Nate Corddry, Patrick Stewart and Jason Bateman.

The comedy is set in a contemporary world where no one has ever lied. Gervais plays a performer who tells the first lie and harnesses its power for personal gain.

This is going to be seen by me. Ricky is brilliant, and the cast is made up of really funny people... and Jennifer Garner. Does anybody know the name of the song at the end? First!

AHHHHHH, the sweet taste of originality. I know someone will respond with some connection to another movie, but at least its not a sequel or a prequel or a reimagining or adaptation or remake or origin story. And no its nothing like Liar Liar.
