The remake of F13th was awful, really.

Remaking nightmare on elm street scares me a lot.
Remaking the Birds is a crime.
Idem for Rosemary's baby.

Why there's a need for so many remakes. That sucks. There's enough imagination for new horror movies or new pattern or new horror icon.

Think about the freakin' granny (Gannush) in Drag me to hell, wich was fantastic...

Bottom line, remakes suck.

I can already envision a scene where Jason will slip and slide down a snow-cover hill after some gorgeous mindless hottie who just finished slipping and sliding down in trying to get away from him in the first place.

awesome.

not really.

when you think about it...a Friday the 13th set in the winter is genius--nevermind adding a winter storm.

"no heat. no phones. no roads. no hope."

a winter forest seems ideal for a horror movie.

first water, then Manhattan, then space, now snow, next he'll face his greatest challenge: PG-13 rating
