International G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra Poster!

Empire magazine has debuted this new international poster for G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, coming to theaters on August 7. Directed by Stephen Sommers, the action-adventure stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christopher Eccleston, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Byung Hun Lee, Sienna Miller, Rachel Nichols, Ray Park, Said Taghmaoui, Channing Tatum, Marlon Wayans and Dennis Quaid.

From the Egyptian desert to deep below the polar ice caps, the elite G.I. JOE team uses the latest in next-generation spy and military equipment to fight the corrupt arms dealer Destro and the growing threat of the mysterious Cobra organization to prevent them from plunging the world into chaos.

I like what I seen so far!

the action looks good and the plot seems to be following the the characters I loved as a child!

Stephen Sommers, Marlon Wayans, the team isn't American, insta-disaster. I won't even bother to see this and I grew up on the toys. Hell, I remember losing my mind for the swivel-arm grip after years of dealing with stiff Star Wars figures. This is a dagger into the heart of all that is the GI Joe I loved from my childhood!
