Since when have the MTV movie awards meant anything??? They only announced this just to try to get people to watch.

When movies like Twilight get multiple nominations at the MTV movie awards, that's when you know it's a complete joke! Hell, the Nick Kid's Choice Awards are more important than the MTV movie awards!

Andy Samberg is an upcoming comic genius!!! I cant wait to see the great things that he will come up with in the future. I hope he leaves SNL soon to start his own show, although he is the ONLY good thing about SNL right now Amy Pohler and Tina Fey gone doing there own shows. He is the only reason I will be watching the awards next week. Comic Genius!!!

Once upon a time, MTV was considered a serious cable network....boy have the times have changed. They have one of the worst TV show listings known to man. All they filter out is garbage reality TV shows (and Im using the word "reality" losely) And then we wonder why todays youth are getting dumber by the second...

I'm guessing that "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" will be the most financially successful film worldwide of 2009 ($1.1 billion), and "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" will be the second most financially successful ($900 million). Just my predictions.

While the MTV Movie Awards are fun to watch, some of the nominations are just pitiful.(People only like award ceremonies if the films they like win awards)
