The Trailer for The Road!

Yahoo! Movies has revealed the new trailer for director John Hillcoat's The Road, opening in theaters on October 16.

Viggo Mortensen, Robert Duvall, Charlize Theron, Guy Pearce and Kodi Smit McPhee star in the big-screen adaptation of Cormac McCarthy's best-selling, Pulitzer Prize-winning novel - the story of a man (Mortensen) and his young son (Smit-McPhee) traveling through a desperate, post-apocalyptic world.

FINALLY!

I'm so glad this film is finally coming out. The book was great, and I'm sure the film will be, too. I hope it lives up to expectations. Man this looks awesome! YEAH!

count on this being one of the movies of the year, but man, what a bad trailer. where's the heart? where's the soul? where's the fear? where's the sadness? why does this just feel like a bad thriller?

Way too much Charlize Theron for a character thats meant to have two small flash back scenes. I really hope they do the book justice but now i have my doubts.
