Scooper 'Chris' sent in some casting info for Warner Bros. Pictures' Jonah Hex, the Jimmy Hayward-directed comic book adaptation starring Josh Brolin, John Malkovich, Megan Fox, Will Arnett and Michael Shannon:

Just wanted to let you know that Jonah Hex is filming in Southern Louisiana. They are having a casting call this week, saw the ad on craigslist. Here is what it said:

It's funny - it took a spin-off episode of Batman: The Animated Series to introduce me to Jonah Hex. Love Josh Brolin and John Malkovich so I'm all for it.

And Megan Fox? Yum.....

i've seen megan fox, my day is good.

But my god this movie looks awful. Has there ever been a western fantasy movie that worked? I just think of that awful Wild West movie starring will smith. Yikes

Lots of people work as unpaid extras for a chance to be in movies. So yeah, people would work for free. Happens a lot. Be in a movie, get free food. Yup.

Name, what part of this movie looks awful, you've only seen one cast picture of Megan Fox walking out of a trailer, and you even said you liked that.

Name, have you even read a Jonah Hex book? He's the ideal character to make a successful western fantasy movie. Before you start hating something, at least no what you hate. Hating something for the hell just makes you look like a idiot.

Jonah Hex is a cool character, and I think if they just go balls to walls out and make this movie insane then it will be awesome.
