First Iron Man 2 Set Photo

Iron Man 2 director Jon Favreau has released this first photo of himself and cinematographer Matthew Libatique on the set for Tony Stark's house, which is under construction. The anticipated sequel is scheduled to hit theaters on May 7, 2010.

What the hell? Wouldn't they think about keeping the original set for the sequel? Talk about unnecessary spending.
