Russell Brand Talks Pirates of the Caribbean 4

Access Hollywood asked Russell Brand about last year's rumor that he will have a role in Pirates of the Caribbean 4. His response?

"There's been some talk of doing a 'Pirates' movie," Russell told Billy Bush for AccessHollywood.com and "The Billy Bush Show." "But, I've got eight other things to do [including] 'Get Him To The Greek' with Judd Apatow... So I don't know if there'll be time to be a pirate, I've got enough of that in me private life."

In "Greek," Brand would reprise his character Aldous Snow from Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

The last thing we heard about the fourth "Pirates" film was in November, 2008, when producer Jerry Bruckheimer said they were targeting a 2012 release.

haha, he doesn't have time to be in pirates, or they just don't want him...haha, god i hate this guy, he's so stupid.

and i don't think there should be another one, the third one was good and ended perfect..(took too dam long)..but ended perfectly. and i don't think i would watch it because Keira Knightley won't be in it, cause come on, i didn't go to watch it for the long and weird storylines.

You know what would be better? If Russell Brand would star in "Russell Brand Gets Run Over By a Speeding Truck, Live." I would record that and watch it over and over and over as a comedy.

I actually picture him more in a Pirates spoof movie. But he's funny. Loved his comedy special & loved him on FSM.
