Warner Bros. Pictures has debuted the full new trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince online and you can watch it using the player below or in various formats by going here (it's labeled 'Trailer 2')!

Opening in conventional and IMAX theaters on July 17th, the David Yates-directed sixth installment stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Jim Broadbent, Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Warwick Davis, Michael Gambon, Alan Rickman, Maggie Smith, Timothy Spall, David Thewlis, Julie Walters, David Bradley, Jessie Cave, Frank Dillane, Tom Felton, Matthew Lewis, Evanna Lynch, Helen McCrory, Natalia Tena, Hero Fiennes Tiffin and Bonnie Wright.

That was awesome--finally something meaty. It really looks like the franchise is darkening for an audience that's grown older with it. The special effects for memories fit well-- the smokiness and vagueness transform into moments we relive. Can't wait!

Agree, Lizerne, the approach has grown darker and more mature. I first noticed it in POA. I hope the film meets my expectations. The trailers are creating higher level of excitement prior to the release.

the movie already sucks for me...the fact that theres no climatic battle or the funeral in the movie made me turn my back on this movie.
