5-Minute Taken Sizzle Reel Online

IGN has debuted this new five-minute sizzle reel for 20th Century Fox's Taken, opening in theaters on January 30. Directed by Pierre Morel, the thriller stars Liam Neeson, Famke Janssen, Maggie Grace, Katie Cassidy and Goran Kostic.

In the film, a former spy (Neeson) sets out to find his kidnapped daughter in Paris at any cost. Relying on his special skills, he tracks down the ruthless gang that abducted her and launches a one-man war to bring them to justice and rescue his daughter.

actually saw this in bangkok, a pretty decent action thiller. think jason bourne when he's 40.

I saw this on the interwebz a few months ago. Better than I expected. Neeson's character really will NOT stop at nothing to get his daughter back.

It is definately worth a watch.

Seems like this genre of older men that are retired something or others or have high security access who have their family kidnapped or lives threatened is becoming a trend

Wow, theres nothing they DIDNT show in that preview. Liam Neeson was great in it, so was the action. The daughter and ex wife really sucked.

Looks pretty good. Liam Neeson is a really tall guy who never get s to play menacing so I am sure he really enjoyed the role. My only concern is that the movie being PG-13 means its been pretty tamed down. I would have much preferred and R rating, not like this story will appeal to kids anyway.

It's a shame that this movie won't make alot at the box office. It was intended to be released this past summer but was delayed until later in the month. Now it's all over the internet and people have seen it and liked it but I guess that is what's expected when studios delay films for months before being released. Someone can easily leak it to the internet.

already seen this fabulous movie in France. Liam neeson is wonderful and maggie grace is sublimely TEEN. Don't Miss this movie.

Gotta agree. This is a tight, faced paced action thriller with a few minor flaws, but it's definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of action movies.
