Always has been, always will be.
That's what the two movies would go by, so i wouldnt base it on being a rip off of the movie, just similarities in the books and such.
I would say the best choice would be to go for a different Ludlum novel, just me though.
Not only will the movie will be great, with a real ending, since no one can survive everything, but it puts into perspective how to start over on a new bond or bourne.
Start killing off the characters. it's easier and so much more realistic.
That sounds interesting to me. It also doesn't sound like either Casino Royale or the Owen/Roberts movie, the name of which is slipping my mind (but it looks good).
