Update: Friday the 13th Poster & Trailer Debut!

Yahoo! Movies has debuted the new poster and trailer for New Line/Warner Bros.' Friday the 13th! Directed by Marcus Nispel (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre), the horror remake stars Amanda Righetti, Jared Padalecki, Jonathan Sadowski, Aaron Yoo and Travis Van Winkle. It opens in theaters on February 13th.

Hmm..pretty cool poster. Liked the My Bloody Valentine 3-D one better though. I hope Shock Till You Drop will score a high-res version soon. Can't wait to see the trailer, staying up to see it, debuts five hours before I have to wake up again...figures.

Pretty sweet poster! I am somewhat looking forward to this. I wasn't crazy about the TCM remake and it's prequel. They were basically just torture porn so I'm a little afraid my beloved Friday the 13th franchise will turn into the same thing.
The again the original TCM is basically torture porn so they stuck true to that. So maybe they'll actually stick true to the spirit of Friday the 13th...one can only hope.
