Warner Bros. Pictures has started adding biographies for the characters in Watchmen on the film's official website, starting with The Comedian (AKA Edward Morgan Blake) played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan. The biographies include a description of the character and downloads such as wallpapers and buddy icons. Go here to check it out and stay tuned for the biographies of Dr. Manhattan, Nite Owl II, Ozymandias, Rorschach and Silk Spectre II.

Opening in conventional theaters and IMAX on March 6, the Zack Snyder-directed adaptation co-stars Patrick Wilson, Jackie Earle Haley, Matthew Goode, Billy Crudup, Malin Akerman, Carla Gugino, Stephen McHattie and Matt Frewer.

"If there was ever a director for this project it's Zack. " Uh, don't think so. This movie will prove whether he's a great director or not. For now he's decent. I won't hate him if he screws up, because let's face it, this will be very hard to adapt, but when I first heard they were making Watchmen, I doubt anyone thought "They should get the guy who did the zombie remake and 300!". Those movies are entertaining, but are completely opposite in terms of intelligent writing. I hope he pulls it off, but like #2,I'm remaining optimistic.

I've got my fingers crossed that I'll at least enjoy it. But even if it turns out to be a great flick, people will still find reasons to rip it apart.

Agreed Bill, Dawn and 300 were fun dumb B movies and this movie will prove whether he is only capable of doing B movies or a great movie. I am a huge WATCHMEN fan and I have loved everything I have seen so far, and I think it will be great as long as it is over 2 hours and 40 minutes.

300 was a B movie? Well pardon the rest of us who loved it, pray tell, what epic A movie have you ever made? Put up or shut up!

I cannot wait for this movie. I hope it's good. I'm nervous for the Manhattan adaptation. His comic was awesome

I've been looking forward to a WATCHMEN movie for a long time now, and seeing the preview I must say I am pleased at the look and feel of the characters, including the costumes. I hope the story is as close to the comic book as the costumes look.

Hopefully this movie will pave the way for other comic book movies in the future, like let's say the next decade at least. I hope it proves to bring an adaptation to the screen for other comic book series, and pulls us away form that mainstream 'Hollywood' feel.

Also, Is Dr. Manhatten naked? I hope we don't see his blue penis, if he is.

--Dude come on it was 300 men in there under wear running around in slo-mo for 2 hours, I failed to see how it was epic. I enjoyed it mainly for its visuals, but I just dont love watching 300 guys running in slo-mo but thats cool if u love that.
