I don't know; I'm a little skeptical about this. While the overall look of the film is great, it seems to have fallen into cliched territory ("you're the chosen one, Harry!", etc.). The attempt at humor towards the end of the trailer is also quite banal. Is anyone else put off by this?

Still, we'll know for sure when the movie is released.

movieteen91...if you remember the book actually has this plot in it...it appears in the daily prophet and was a very interesting part of the book.

Um... why did they censor my post? I said a word similar to "dull" and "tired," not the other "b" word that they're thinking of.

Actually, it wasn't six months. They pushed it back EIGHT months.

Awesome. I love these books and movies like my life depended on it. The narrator got the date wrong. I love, and I mean love, Alan Rickman as Professor Snape. He is my Darth Vader of the Harry Potter films.
