On the Set of Friday the 13th!

October 30, 2008

ComingSoon.net's horror arm ShockTillYouDrop.com recently visited the set of Friday the 13th in Round Rock, Texas (about 15 minutes out from Austin) and has posted its full report here! You can also read interviews with the new Jason, Derek Mears, here, and co-star Jared Padalecki ("Supernatural") here.

Directed by Marcus Nispel (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre), the movie hits theaters on Friday, February 13th. Returning to the story that started it all, this retelling of the original Friday the 13th heads back to summer camp where a mysterious killer is systematically slaughtering the teenage camp counselors.

Welll, since they have a really ugly scary guy by the name of, Derek Mears, playing what looks like an adult Jason, they are not following the same story line of the first one.

They do have Nana Visitor playing Pamela Voorhees
