Benjamin Button Also Gets a New Trailer!

September 26, 2008

Paramount Pictures just unveiled the first full-length trailer and a new television spot for David Fincher's time-traveling dramatic fantasy The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett, which opens on Christmas Day.

Based on a story by F. Scott Fitzgerald, it tells the story of a man born in his '80s who starts aging backwards starting in New Orleans 1918 and ending up as a baby in the 21st Century.

You can watch the new trailer in glorious High Definition or download it for your iPod or iPhone here and see Paramount's new TV spot for the movie here.

This looks stupid. A boring love story and if brad pitt is in it makes it even lamer. LOL he's a horrible actor and he makes funny constipated faces in all of his "serious" movies. It would have been better with a younger Actor

Scott: Don't yell at me... I got that from the official synopsis! We'll all time travelling from one minute to the next.

I will admit, this film has me "curious". David Fincher is a highly underrated director, The Game and Fight Club were excellent films in my book. I am sure this film is going to surprise a lot of people come Christmas time.

I'm no so sure about this one...But if anyone can pull it off its these guys. Brad Pitt has his moments of very solid acting. There is a great supporting cast, a very good underrated directo in Fincher, and an unbelievable writer in Eric Roth (Munich, Forrest Gump, and some other ****). This could turn out to be pretty solid

EDouglasCS: Hey, I wasn't intending to yell at anyone, I was just genuinely curious (no pun intended) because nothing I have seen regarding the seems story to have anything to do with time travel. =)
