Update: Transformers Spotted in Long Beach

Both mylordsinuhe and fq9 have posted photos of a Long Beach, California set for Tranformers: Revenge of the Fallen. You can view the photos here and here.

I work in the area and they have the whole area set up to be China, as you guys know. Now I did see Prime, Bumblebee, the silver corvette, 2 blue cars (small) and Ironhide. All were parked on the back lot behind Catalina Landing!

The scene I witnessed was a traffic scene where they were driving down Shoreline Drive and then 2 flatbed Trucks merge into traffic. THEN BOOOM!!! One of the two trucks blew in half.

Michael Bay's sequel hits theaters on June 26, 2009.

The corvette is Hot Rod... just figure I'd let you in on that.

All I want to know is are the CONSTRUCTICONS going to appear in this thing or what?!

The silver corvette must be Hotrod. But, my gut saying it could also be these characters...

Sideswipe
Sunstreaker

If I recall those were twins for the original series, but not too too too sure!?!?!?!?! But, most likely it's Hotrod, and I say that because look at Ironhide, and Bumblebee, they were a truck, and camero, so it could be ANYONE, and no matter what we'll all speculate it must be this character...

Finally, has anyone seen any Constructicons on set?!?!??!!?! I guess they won't be in this movie, as that was a huge rumor. Well, 11 months more to go to talk about this movie, lol...

Well just my opinion...if they do bring back Jazz (wich they should) i think he would be the corvette...makes sense to me...cmon why in hell would they make him a (wat is it called?) solstace? That rite there made me scratch my head when i first seen a pic of him. He was a dam porshe in the cartoon. But a solstace if f'n slow compared to a porshe...dam giv him some real horse power damit :)

I reckon the Corvette is either Hot Rod(Rodimus), ir a completely new Transformer. But it would friggin' awesome to see Sunstreaker and Sideswipe in there, even if they aren't Lamboghinis (I know I spelt that wrong), they were my favorite when I was young. But knowing Michael Bay, he'll mess it up like he does everything else.

I totally agree with Potterman21. TDK and Transformers 2 are different genres. I much as I adore TDK, but the movie is very different from Transformers.
