Can the Warcraft Movie Look Like this Please?

The clip is of course the Cinematic Trailer for Blizzard Entertainment's second expansion, "World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King." The game is expected to be available later this year.

Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures have a Warcraft movie based on the popular fantasy video game franchise in development as well. When the project was announced, it was said to be live-action with a yet to be determined level of CG environments and effects. The story would take place about a year before the events in "World of Warcraft" and would be told from the Alliance perspective. No release date for the big screen adaptation has been announced.

That trailer rocks. It would be freaking sweet if the movie did look like that. I kinda hope that they dont go live action.

I think they should create the Warcraft movie like this. I don't think live action will be any good. I don't think the special effects will be good enough for the movie.

Wow. I understand why its from and Alliance perspective, but damn, I would love to seem some troll love.

Man...I hate only being lvl 63. 70 seems so far out of reach. And I don't have any legendary armor...

i have no idea the whole storyline about warcraft, but it seems like a very decent and popular game, and if the movie pay tribute to the game and be good at the same time, im all for it

but what videogame movie has ever been good?

I don't really like World of Warcraft. Nor do I even really care for fantasy.

...but I'll be damned if Blizzard doesn't do some EXCELLENT work. That is top notch CGI that you don't always get with big budget movies. And the soundtrack is just perfect. I'd pay money to see a movie that looked like that. Especially if its Starcraft :) just saying.

Blizzard has always been right up there when it comes to CGI. You saw it back with Diablo 2, some of the scenes in that game are still breathtaking (Like the outdoor desert scenes). This looks just awesome, and I too think they should just make an entire Warcraft movie this way.

NO, StarCraft it's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better and perfect to make a movie of it... it would be AWESOME.. but.. StarCraft it's the higher level of awesomeness.. it can't go any further..

Hmm, I think that the new warhammer online cgi trailer that was released a few days ago (the 2nd one) looks better than this.
