ComingSoon.net has your exclusive first look at a new clip, featuring Quentin Tarantino, from Sukiyaki Western Django, opening on August 29.

Famed Japanese auteur Takashi Miike, best known for cult classics Audition, Ichi the Killer and The City of Lost Souls, redefines the spaghetti Western with Sukiyaki Western Django, a tale written in blood. Two clans, Genji, the white clan led by Yoshitsune, and Heike, the red clan led by Kiyomori, battle for a legendary treasure hidden in a desolate mountain town. One day, a lone gunman, burdened with deep emotional scars but blessed with incredible shooting skills, drifts into town. Two clans try to woo the lone gunman to their sides, but he has ulterior motives. Dirty tricks, betrayal, desire and love collide as the situation erupts into a final, explosive showdown.

I personally like Tarantino's acting. Yes, he's not gonna ever win any oscars doing it, but he's just so fun to watch. His presence is enjoyable, if nothing else. But, I realize that nobody's gonna agree with me.

the bad acting, dialogue, and stunts are intentional. And it actually works, I like it.

Why is Tarantino acting? As if his plotless dialogue isn't bad enough, he has to grace us all with his half moon shaped face like Kinski from Clive Barkers Nightbreed?

Tarantino has always been a fan of Leone/Eastwood westerns and now seeing him trying to pull off something remotely similar just comes out sideways and seems a little obvious and naive.
