it's a Rob Cohen film... Seriously, how good could... He gave us films like XXX, Stealth, the Fast and the Furious, and other crappy action films. The dude is worse than Michael Bay!

what a strange thing to say....
anywho, After watching the older mummy's... first was good... second was kinda crappy because of the CG, but this one is gonna totally rock. The CG looks 100% better... (no doubt a bigger budget) and the picture looks cleaner (thanks to HD) and well... it's brendan frasier.

wow we have some arrogant and really pathetic *******s/ Mother ****ers on here. I wouldnt usually add to the cursing but hell, what are you guys talking this dirty for. Michael Bay sucks. I think this movie looks like the best one since the first if not the best one. So quit being so conceited and if you have to be that way go suck your own ding dongs. Or do the world a favor and go stand in the middle of 5:00 traffic.

This film is not going to make more than 15-17 mil. XXX made 44 mil in 2001 during an Aug. opening. But it didn't have The Dark Knight as competition. None of the August release- Tomb of the Emperor, Clone Wars, Tropic Thunder are strong competitors for the Dark Knight.

So I see TDK dominating the box office again this weekend, with somewhere between 40-50 million... Maybe The Mummy with 2nd or third place or worse.
