The Trailers with The Dark Knight?

With The Dark Knight hitting theaters on July 18, many are wondering which trailers they can expect to be released with such a highly-anticipated movie. ComingSoon.net has now confirmed which trailers Warner Bros. Pictures will be debuting.

There's been much speculation that we'll be seeing the first trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, but it looks like Harry Potter fans will have to wait a bit longer for the first footage. Our guess is it will be shown with the studio's Star Wars: The Clone Wars on August 15, but that's not confirmed.

Instead, what you can expect are the first trailers for Warner Bros.' Terminator Salvation (May 22, 2009), which of course also stars Christian Bale, Zack Snyder's graphic novel adaptation Watchmen (Mar. 6, 2009), and the Ridley Scott-directed thriller Body of Lies (Oct. 10), with Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe.

Idk about the t4, i dont think it would be the same without the govenator, the dark knight will be the best film all year, f**k harry, watchmen looks decent, dont know about the others.

I don't want to get my hopes high at all, but God let it be Watchmen. Wait a minute. I can wait till San Diego Comic-Con.

HELL YES.

I don't expect much in the way of footage for the T4 trailer, considering they've only been filming for just over a month, but still very cool.

And finally some footage of Watchmen. I suppose they'll tease people at The Dark Knight and have a big reveal at Comic-Con, which is just a week later.

I am a manager of a IMAX theatre and they are desperately trying to get Watchmen" & "Harry Potter" ready for the IMAX print. Plus we never show trailers for films which will not be in the IMAX theatre. So we will not show T4, etc. We receive our print very soon, so I will know this week which trailers will be attatched.

I can't wait for T4. I've seen T2 and T3 in theaters (Was too young for the first one) so I don't plan on breaking that trend. I think they will doa great job.

I've said it before that Christian Bale is a great actor and I really can't see him signing a 3 movie deal if he thought it was just so-so. He sees something in it so I'm ready for it! Plus, not to mention all I've ever wanted to see in a Terminator movie is the setting in the post-apocolyptic world with Skynet just starting to build itself up. I can't wait to see the first versions of the terminators and the other machines.

This is indeed very disappointing news. Don't get me wrong, Batman is a fantastic series but the only reason I preorded a ticket for it was because of the Half Blood Prince trailer rumor! Arg. BYW HP will be the best film of the year, while batman will probably be second
