American Teen is the touching and hilarious Sundance hit that follows the lives of five teenagers - a jock (Colin Clemens), a popular girl (Megan Krizmanich), a heartthrob (Mitch Reinholt), an artsy girl (Hannah Bailey) and a geek (Jake Tusing) – in one small town in Indiana through their senior year of high school. We see the insecurities, the cliques, the jealousies, the first loves and heartbreaks, and the struggle to make profound decisions about the future.

It's a vast improvement over that "Breakfast Club" one-sheet knock-off that was originally revealed beforehand.

July 25th? I will be too buisy especially with the movie based on one of the greatest shows ever made, X Files! Plus Step Brothers comes out that day too so... This is a rental, unless I hear its great I will fit it in.

The problem with this one-sheet is that it neglects to point out that this is a DOCUMENTARY, thus it is nothing like 'The Breakfast Club,' other than the fact that both movies are about high school teens.

How can you call this movie american teen when your only showcasing one type of teenager. Where are the minority teenagers in this movie.
