Full New Speed Racer Trailer!

Warner Bros. Pictures has released online the full new domestic trailer for the Wachowksi Brothers' Speed Racer, coming to conventional theaters and IMAX on May 9. The big screen adaptation stars Emile Hirsch, Christina Ricci, John Goodman, Susan Sarandon and Matthew Fox.

I have been on the fence with this one sorta since the first trailer came out, but always leaned towards wanting to see it. This trailer, I think sealed the deal as far as I'm concerned. Yes, the CG looks a bit cheesy, but we're talking about Speed Racer here folks. Yes, the acting seems campy, but again, that's what is so loveable about Speed Racer. I am on board and I look forward to seeing it in the theaters. C'mon Wachowski's....don't let us down!!

P.S. not that it even matters, but I think I'm first.

It does look whacky and cool and the fact it's all cgi is starting to go away i think i'll give it a go cuz i like Emile thinks he's a great actor also cuz Mathew Fox looks so silly in that S and M suit

Of course it suppose to look that way. It's a family-friendly movie and the Wachowski brothers' first family film.

much better looking than the teaser --- just wish that it didn't have such a futuristic feel to it ---- but i will go see it

It does look wacky, but this is who speed racer was if you ever watched it. This trailer is an improvement from the last one!!!
