January Jones is set to headline The Shuddering, an upcoming film from director George Ratliff (Salvation Boulevard). The Hollywood Reporter brings word that the "Mad Men" and X-Men: First Class star will play the lead character in the the supernatural thriller, which was scripted by The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia scribe David Coggeshall.
The Shuddering follows a woman (Jones) who returns to her hometown only to begin experiencing bizarre visions. As she begins to investigate, she starts to uncover a terrifying mystery.
Filming on The Shuddering is slated for this summer with Damon Lane, Lawrence Mattis, John Santilli and Mary Jane Skalski producing.
