Colin Trevorrow, director of Jurassic Park 4, hopped on the Jurassic Park Podcast to discuss his affinity for the series and talk about the sequel which is due to arrive in 2015. While not on the podcast to drop spoilers, he did address a few points (thanks to Bleeding Cool for these quote extractions).
“I saw some of the rumors on the internet and I would have all kinds of red flags going off if I heard they were going to muzzle a T-Rex. So I would say don’t believe everything you read, there are way more insiders on the internet than there are in real life.”"
This of course, is a reaction to some plot rumors that surfaced back in June.
Trevorrow added, "It’s important to make a movie for the fans but I also have to remember that there’s a lot of people who just couldn’t care less and need me to make a solid case for why the hell there’s a 'Jurassic Park 4' in the first place and I want to make a movie for them too.”
The director added/confirmed that a new dino that's going to be added to the mix that he's especially excited about. You can listen to the full interview below.
