Jeri Ryan ("Star Trek: Voyager," "Leverage," "Boston Public") confirmed on her Twitter account that she will be reprising the role of Sonya in Warner Premiere's "Mortal Kombat" digital series that has started filming in Vancouver.

She writes: Heading to the farmer's market with the hubs & my girl. Then this evening I head to Vancouver to shoot Mortal Kombat! (NOW it's official)

She added later that she had "just finished reading the whole script for Mortal Kombat. Holy crap... I think u might just love it. Get ready..."
