Synopsis:
The following is from the DVD cover:

"This is it, the end of the line, the fat lady is warmed up and ready to sing. It's the last dance, the last roundup, the last train to a place called Clarksville. Pinky and the Brain Vol. 3 - 4 discs and 22 world-conquering, never-before-on-DVD episodes strong - is the last release in the series. But never fear, fans of megalomaniacal merriment. Because the two genetically warped lab mice ("One is a genius, the other's insane") are going out in grand style, seeking global conquest in one hilarious, glorious, gadget - and genius-filled scheme after another. It's a big world. Somebody's got to run it. Are you pondering what I'm pondering?"

"Pinky and the Brain: Volume 3" is not rated.

Mini-Review:
I was a big fan of "Pinky and the Brain." My roommates and I used to watch it and "Animaniacs" religiously in college. Their repeated failed efforts to take over the world were absolutely hilarious. Brain was evil and melancholy while Pinky was silly and oblivious. They cemented "Narf" in everyday language. The series was definitely a cartoon classic and I'm glad to be able to introduce it to my kids on DVD.

This third volume is a little light on bonus features, but P&B fans should enjoy what's here. A featurette shows Rob Paulsen and Maurice LaMarche touring the San Diego Comic Con and discussing encounters with fans over the years. They also talk about encounters with some of their more famous fans like the Barenaked Ladies. Star Wars fans will also want to see the final episode "Star Warners," which features an "Animaniacs" parody of "Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope."
