UPDATE: Despite the display at the show that you see below, and the representatives at the show saying it is so, our main contact at Walt Disney Pictures tells us that it is not true, "Prince of Persia" will not screen in 3D.

One of the hidden bits of information at Anaheim's D23 Expo turns out to be the fact that Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time will screen in theaters in 3D.

ComingSoon.net confirmed with representatives on-site that, while the film was shot in 2D, a post process will be applied to allow for 3D presentations. The (somewhat blurry) poster below also shows off the already-announced logos for The Bear and the Bow and King of the Elves.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time hits theaters May 28, 2010.
