New Behind-the-Scenes Photo From Thor: The Dark World

The latest Empire magazine featured a treasure trove of photos from superhero films and the latest one comes from the upcoming Marvel sequel Thor: The Dark World. In the below photo, you'll see star Chris Hemsworth as the titular Thor with the film's, director Alan Taylor.
The sequel takes place in the aftermath of Thor and Marvel's The Avengers, following Thor as he fights to restore order across the cosmos when an ancient race, led by the vengeful Malekith, returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all.
Also starring Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Stellan Skarsgård, Idris Elba, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Zachary Levi, Tadanobu Asano and Jaimie Alexander with Rene Russo and Anthony Hopkins as Odin, the film is set for release on November 8, 2013.
