Zac Efron Boards The Falling

January 30, 2013

Zac Efron has signed on to play a leading role in the upcoming supernatural thriller, The Falling, says a story at The Hollywood Reporter.

Details on the plot of The Falling are few and, indeed, even the title is said to be tentative. The outlet hints that the film's plot will revolve around an otherworldly being.

Efron most recently starred in The Lucky One and The Paperboy and is currently shooting his latest, Are We Officially Dating? opposite Jessica Lucas and Imogen Poots.

Akiva Goldsman is attached to produce the project at Warner Bros. alongside Joby Harold and Tory Tunnell.
