Joel Edgerton Eyes Lynne Ramsey's Jane Got a Gun

Joel Edgerton is the latest name said to be in talks for Lynne Ramsey's Jane Got a Gun, Deadline reports.The film, already set to star Natalie Portman and Michael Fassbender, features a script by Brian Duffield. Set to start shooting in early 2013, Jane Got a Gun centers on a woman who must ask an ex-lover for help in order to save her outlaw husband from a gang out to kill him.
Edgerton appeared earlier this year in The Odd Life of Timothy Green and stars in Kathryn Bigelow's soon-to-be-released Zero Dark Thirty. He can also be seen next year in Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby.
