Video: Moretz, Moore, Greer and Peirce on Re-Imagining Carrie

Stephen King's very first novel to be published gets a new adaptation from director Kimberly Peirce this Friday when Screen Gems and MGM unleashes Carrie in theaters.

Adapted by Brian De Palma in the late-'70s, the new Carrie stars Chloe Grace Moretz, Julianne Moore, Gabriella Wilde and Judy Greer.

ShockTillYouDrop.com met with Moretz, Peirce, Moore and Greer to talk about the making of the redo.

Below, check out the video interview in which Peirce reveals she spoke with De Palma before should took on the directing job. Moretz, meanwhile, discusses why she connected with the character and Moore touches on the complexities of playing Carrie's mother. All of that and more await...
