Chloe Moretz Sends Julianne Moore to the Closet in a New Carrie Clip

Source:   IGN
October 4, 2013

While Wednesday's Carrie clip had Julianne Moore's Margaret White sending her on-screen daughter, ChloŽ Grace Moretz's Carrie White, into a closet as punishment, a new clip has been brought online today at IGN that reverses the balance of power. Check it out in the player below!

Also starring Judy Greer, Portia Doubleday, Alex Russell, Gabriella Wilde and Ansel Elgort, Carrie is directed by Kimberly Peirce (Stop-Loss, Boys Don't Cry).

Hitting theaters on October 18, the film is a reimagining of the classic horror tale about a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother (Moore), who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom.
