Jamie Lee Curtis is reteaming with her Halloween: H20 director Steve Miner for "The Final Girls," a potential new series at ABC Family.

According to Deadline, "the drama revolves around a group of girls who have, in essence, survived their own personal horror stories, and are brought together by a mysterious older woman (Curtis) to channel the stress and scars of their experience for some greater good."

Miner has contributed to the "Friday the 13th" series. He also helmed "House."

ABC Family has not officially given the project the green light, but it's apparently getting fast-tracked. If the show is taken to series, Miner will serve as a producer.
