Having offered some solid looks at his Hercules costume on social media in the past, leading man Dwayne Johnson is back on Twitter today with a new look at what goes into his elaborate makeup routine. Check it out below!

"Blade slashes, claw & animal teeth gashes," he writes. "Daily 4hr make up process. #DontTouchMyPec #HERCULESMovie"

The film, directed by Brett Ratner and also starring Ian McShane, Rufus Sewell, Joseph Fiennes, Peter Mullan, John Hurt, Rebecca Ferguson, Ingrid Bolsų Berdal, Aksel Hennie, Reece Ritchie and Tobias Santelmann, is based on the graphic novel "Hercules: The Thracian Wars." The ensemble-action film is a revisionist take on the classic myth set in a grounded world where the supernatural does not exist.

Hercules is scheduled for release on July 25, 2014.
