Noah Baumbach's latest, While We're Young, is gearing up for a fall production in New York and, today, The Hollywood Reporter brings word that Naomi Watts is eyeing a leading role in the dramatic comedy.

Already set to star Adam Driver ("Girls") and Ben Stiller (The Secret Life of Walter Mitty), While We're Young follows a documentary filmmaker (Stiller) and his wife (Watts) whose life is changed when the pair befriend a much younger couple.

Watts most recently starred in The Impossible and Movie 43. She'll soon headline the biopic Diana with Oliver Hischbiegel directing.
