20th Century Fox Picks Up Sci-Fi Project Capsule

20th Century Fox has picked up the sci-fi script Capsule, says The Hollywood Reporter. Ian Shorr (Splinter, upcoming Cristo) wrote the script for the film, which has Matthias Hoene (Cockneys vs Zombies) attached to direct.

According to the trade, "'Capsule' centers on a young man whose life is turned upside down when he mysteriously begins to receive metallic capsules containing messages from his future self."

Hutch Parker (The Wolverine) and John Zaozirny are attached to produce with Parker producing through his Hutch Parker Entertainment.

Steve Asbell will oversee the project for the studio. Aaron Ensweiler will shepherd the project for Hutch Parker Entertainment.
