Warner Bros. Pictures has acquired the rights to The Bermuda Triangle, an original spec script by 12 Rounds screenwriter Daniel Kunka. Deadline has the news, suggesting that the plan is to develop the project as a potential action franchise.

Specific details regarding the plot of The Bermuda Triangle are, at the moment, unavailable, but it's very likely that the storyline will involve some sort of fantastic force at work in the Altantic ocean.

Atlas Entertainment and Madhouse Entertainment are developing the project at the studio with Charles Roven and Richard Suckle producing for the former and Adam Kolbrenner producing for the latter.
