Dan Aykroyd and Allison Janney are the latest names said to be joining the cast of Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone's upcoming comedy Tammy. Variety reports that they'll both star alongside McCarthy herself, Susan Sarandon and Mark Duplass.

The film is designed as a road trip comedy, and will feature McCarthy as a fast food restaurant employee who, after finding that her husband is cheating on her, quits her job and decides to drive to Mount Rushmore to rediscover herself. As things turn out, though, her decidedly non-PC grandmother (Sarandon) insists on making the trip as well.

Aykroyd, who recently appeared in Jay Roach's The Campaign, will play Duplass' character's father while Janney will play the mother of McCarthy's Tammy.
